Lucy first came to me wanting to learn more about resistance training in hope it would help achieve her desired look for her big day at the end of the same year..she was frustrated that the classes she attended were making her sweat but weren’t helping her achieve her goal.
From the first moment we laid her journey out for her heling her to understand what would be involved during each phase and pre tackled any obstacles she believed would crop up.
Education was a huge role in Lucy’s journey especially around nutrition which wasn’t easy when working for nestle, however by applying the education in form of simple & easy habits she nailed this aspect too a tee whilst including her favourite meals & celebrating moments with her now husband. Alongside this Lucy not only learnt how to lift correctly but how by focusing on improving her strength week in week out she could achieve the body transformation she had in mind for her wedding and safe to day she looked & felt amazing on her big day!
Leonie has always trained previously but never found a routine she enjoyed sticking too consistently. As Leonie started we agreed from the word go we would focus on keeping input to foods she enjoyed whilst aiming to fuel her sessions and lifestyle than take away.
Alongside this we kept the main focus with herself & training partner on getting stronger overall every month. We introduced more compound movements whilst adding in accessory movements to help correct any postural dysfunctions spotted and help prevent any future injuries.
Leonie lost overall 15cm across the board within 3months whilst still enjoying social events and family life at same time.
This lady is superwoman by definition, runs her own business whilst managing her family of 4 including a youngest of 3 years old.
Kirsty at first found herself running around trying to do everything at once, resulting in her feeling overwhelmed, stressed and just grabbing food on the go. Kirsty had a background of determination & some gym experience so we sat back and looked at the bigger picture at where we could reduce overwhelm, simplify her routine whilst focusing on improving her technique & increasing her strength in the gym.
From this in the last 6months alone Kirsty is 20cm overall down, lifting more than double than she was last year and has strategies in place that allow her to mindfully tackle her stress.

Being a mum in general can be more tiring than most realise nevermind being a mum of two both at a young age. This lady had previous experience in a gym but wanted that extra guidance to help her level up her knowledge and regain some confidence in herself & her strength.
Her confidence shot up as she felt herself get stronger every week, she made training a weekly habit around her hetic lifestyle, her nutrition fell into place along with making family tasty meals and some of her favourite foods too within her regime making it easy to stick too. Now She has achieved her diet phase, she is about to undergo her first proper muscle gain phase to add some lean tissue on to her frame so keep your eyes peeled for next transformation!
