Here you will do a mixture of full body exercises for different lengths of times and reps. A great way to get your heart rate up and get a sweat on while working on your full body.
Women Who Lift
Wednesdays 9am
Resistance based workouts to help encourage women to build confidence with weight training.
The class is also a great opportunity to meet new people with the same interests as you.

With years of managerial experience under his belt, Scott is now an integral part of team Oragyms. His friendly yet witty character makes him incredibly approachable and always more than happy to lend a hand.
After years of experience training and competing in powerlifting, I specialize in helping lifters of all levels build real, measurable strength. As a dedicated Strength and Powerlifting Coach, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to get stronger, lift heavier, and perform better, both on the platform and in the gym.
My coaching goes beyond generic programs. I provide personalized training plans, technical feedback, and ongoing support tailored to your individual goals, experience level, and lifestyle.
Whether you’re chasing PB’s in the gym or prepping for your first competition, I offer professional-level programming, accountability and guidance.
