Tuesdays 7am
Here you will do a mixture of full body exercises for different lengths of times and reps. A great way to get your heart rate up and get a sweat on while working on your full body.

Women Who Lift
Wednesdays 9am
Resistance based workouts to help encourage women to build confidence with weight training.
The class is also a great opportunity to meet new people with the same interests as you.

With it’s increased popularity of the new competitive training, we put you through your paces with a series of HYROX based exercises to get the heart pumping.

Whether you have a HYROX competition on the horizon, or just starting out and want to improve your fitness, this class will push the intensity in line with your current abilities.

Personal Trainer

Starting his journey in the fitness industry at 18, Ketan went on to achieve a
BSc (Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, giving him a powerful
foundation in the science of training and performance.

With a passion for helping people transform their bodies, Ketan has worked
with clients looking to lose fat, build muscle, and improve performance, as well
as those recovering from injury. He prides himself on integrating science-
based strategies into every program, ensuring each client gets the best
possible outcome for their goals. Whether that’s fat loss, hypertrophy,
strength, or rehabilitation. His coaching goes beyond the physical, helping
clients not only transform their bodies but also their minds, building confidence
and resilience along the way.

  Excellent training environment, been a member for 6 or 7yrs and it keeps getting better. Each member of the team is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly, the equipment is as good as it gets, the facilities are clean and welcoming plus the cafe serves a cracking vanilla latte.   I started Oragyms as I had heard good things and we had just moved to the area. I hadn’t been in a gym for years and had low confidence stepping back into one after having my little boy. Even from the day I signed up and was shown around I felt at ease. I have now been going since October 2024 and I honestly can say it’s the first time in a while I’ve enjoyed stepping into a gym. There are loads of equipment so even when it’s busy you can still get on equipment, the facilities are clean and  the oragym PT’s and staff are so helpful and friendly.   We were visiting the area for the weekend and thought we’d try Oragyms. Great gym set up - has everything you could need to do your workout and a friendly team. Finished our workout with a decent coffee as well.

  Really happy to have found this gym. There’s something about the atmosphere and people that’s really positive. I look forward to going, something I would have never expected! It will be interesting to see what it’s like in warm weather, but so far, it’s a big hit.
