Wednesdays 9am
Resistance based workouts to help encourage women to build confidence with weight training.
The class is also a great opportunity to meet new people with the same interests as you.

Personal Trainer
Starting his journey in the fitness industry at 18, Ketan went on to achieve a
BSc (Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, giving him a powerful
foundation in the science of training and performance.
With a passion for helping people transform their bodies, Ketan has worked
with clients looking to lose fat, build muscle, and improve performance, as well
as those recovering from injury. He prides himself on integrating science-
based strategies into every program, ensuring each client gets the best
possible outcome for their goals. Whether that’s fat loss, hypertrophy,
strength, or rehabilitation. His coaching goes beyond the physical, helping
clients not only transform their bodies but also their minds, building confidence
and resilience along the way.
