Where are you located?

We are just off Holmfirth Road in Shepley, on the crossroads for the Sovereign Petrol Station, between PMW Quarries and Moose Storage, HD8 8BB. We’re set back from the road behind blue gates and in our own compound.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have spaces for 20 vehicles on site.

DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

Yes, we have guest WIFI for all members and visitors to site. The password for which is available at reception and throughout club.

CAN I ARRANGE A GUEST PASS?

Of course you can. We can arrange a FREE guest pass for your first visit, so you can get a good feel for the club, then all future sessions are priced at £10 per session.

CAN I USE THE COFFEE SHOP IF I'M NOT A MEMBER?

Absolutely. We actively encourage the local population to stop in for a coffee/food and/or simply to get away from the office and utilise the WIFI to do some work.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER EVEN IF I'M NOT A MEMBER?

Yes, we have a great team of Personal Trainers in club with a varied skill set and all capable of helping you reach your goals. They’re all self employed, so you are more than welcome to contact them directly to gain more information. Alternatively, we are always happy to give some advice on who may suit you and your situation the best, so feel free to pop into club for a chat or fill out a contact form above.

DO YOU RUN ANY CLASSES?

We run the area’s only LesMills Virtual Spin Studio with fully on demand classes. There are 22 different classes to choose from, with new content being uploaded every 3 months, so you’re never short of new content to cycle to.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK TO USE THE FACILITY?

We introduced a booking system to our club following Covid-19 and it worked so well we elected to keep it in place. We set the maximum number of attendees for each session at 28 and then each member gets access to their own app on their smart phone/tablet to book their individual sessions. Members can book for the whole month in front or right up to the minute of the session they want to attend and they can book unto 4 1hr time slots each day. It means members have the best possible experience each time they arrive and there’s no waiting around for equipment unlike other facilities at peak times.

DO YOU OFFER NHS/BLUE LIGHT DISCOUNTS?

Yes. Simply bring your NHS Staff ID or Blue Light Card into club when joining to receive 10% OFF our 12 Month Peak Membership.

DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Yes. Simply bring your Student ID/NUS Card into club when joining to receive 10% OFF our 12 Month Peak Membership.

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES AND LOCKERS?

We have some of the nicest changing rooms in the area, even if we do say so ourselves! With padlockable lockers, rainfall showers, sunbeds and even the area’s only Steam Room between the Male/Female changing rooms, we have everything you may need before/during/after your gym sessions. We even have a dedicated disabled changing room with a rainfall shower for anyone who may wish to have a little more privacy.

HOW DO I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Whether you’re looking to swap from an OFF PEAK to a PEAK membership, change from a 30 DAY ROLLING to 12 MONTH DD or simply change the bank details associated to your account, upgrading/altering your account couldn’t be easier. Simply grab a member of staff on your next visit or pop us an email through to memberships@oragyms.com and we can adjust your membership type, direct debit amount and/or bank details without affecting your current access level.

DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?

Our facility is strictly 18+. You must be 18 years of age to hold an individual membership with us and ID may be requested for anyone under the age of 21. The only exception to this rule is within a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP where a person aged 14-17 can use the facility as long as they are accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We ask for a minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation on all 30 day based memberships and any membership that has completed it’s initial commitment period. Please submit your request via email to memberships@oragyms.com and the team will action your request accordingly. 
  • Cancellation of memberships within the initial commitment period will not be actioned unless there has been a significant change in circumstances affecting your ability to utilise the membership. These could include a loss of job, illness or injury or a house move for example. In all instances evidence may be requested in order to facilitate the early termination request.
  • There is also a 14 day cooling off period in place on all our memberships, within which time you may ask for your membership to be terminated inside the initial commitment period and you may receive a refund up to the date at which you requested the early termination. This does not affect your statutory rights.
