Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your goods and/or services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Further details on our Return/Refund Policy are featured below:

RETURNS

For goods purchased in store or online, all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank/credit card statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To return an item, place the item securely in it’s original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then post your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return.

SERVICES REFUND

For any services memberships purchased in store or online, you have a (14) day cooling off period, in which time you may elect to terminate your service package/product without prejudice. 

In the case of a 30 Day or 12 Month based Membership, you are entitled to a refund on your first payments, minus the initial (14) days of the contract period, calculated pro-rata.

In the event of an Annual Membership paid in full, you are entitled to a full refund on your total up-front payments, minus the initial (14) days of the contract period, calculated pro-rata.

NB: Membership refunds must be processed in club, using the original credit/debit card of the purchaser. Telephone refunds WILL NOT be processed.
